Day 20

Well I am sorry but not too much to report today, we did go out this morning to Denny’s for breakfast again and then onto do some shopping (Again for Lorna) at Tiffany & Co down a posh road called El Paseo which is just like Rodeo Drive in LA only without the crowds. After that we then headed back to the hotel to drop off the goods and get ready for another lazy day by the pool, this was only briefly interrupted by me seeing something quite interesting in one of the golf course lakes. there was a female fish protecting her young by swallowing them when a threat got near, it was great to watch. Then it was back to the pool again for the rest of the day, tonight we ate in a restaurant across the road called Flemings we was told about this from Derrick a guy who works tending the bar at the hotel, he also works at Flemings at the weekends so we thought we would take his recommendation and pop in and see him, I am glad we did apart from a really nice meal, we got talking to a really nice guy called Tom, and then later on in the evening Peter and Audrey turned up who were such a good laugh to talk too, we got on so well and before we knew it we were the last ones in the bar, so for a change we had a late night for once.
