Dec 6th. Day 11 Last full Day at Sea

Today is our last full day on the ship and it will be spent mostly up on deck weather permitting, Last night we had to put our clocks back 1 hour so we gained another hour in bed, but when we awoke it was raining outside, it was still very warm but not looking good, so we decided we were still going to put down claims to sun loungers because yesterday the deck was rammed out with no spare space at all, so we are gambling that the weather is going to change and we will hopefully have a great position. Lorna and Sandy went up at 9am this morning to claim the beds and hopefully they will still be there after breakfast. For some reason today was not as busy up on deck as yesterday maybe because it looks like there could be some rain coming, but either way we were up there enjoying our last full day and to be honest the weather ended up being perfect a little cloud cover keeping the temps down and combined with a strong breeze made it perfect. There was plenty of activities today on deck, and it seems that the guests won the pool volleyball against the officers, something that had not happened in the last 15 games. We basically just sat on our butts all day trying to make the most of it. Eventually the sun was blocked off by dark clouds and that made it cold with the winds so we decided to head back and pack our cases at about 3pm. It was very easy packing away mostly dirty clothing and as we have a 2 week road trip ahead of us with 3 days in Naples first we would spend the next few days doing laundry. Tonight we ate in Murano’s which was great we were told the last time we were in there that we could order a special meal in advance and have it cooked at our table flambé style. It was absolutely wonderful we were all so full up but we just kept on eating as it was so good. If you cruise with Celebrity then you must visit Murano’s. After this we took some time to take some pictures of each other all dressed up, and then to bed for the last night, we had to leave our cases outside before we went out this evening so when we got back we had to place all our clothes we wore tonight in our carry out bag.
So thats it 11 nights and its been a blast. Thanks to everyone for making this a great holiday.
