Day 22

We left Springdale today and headed towards Salt Lake City another 5-hour drive, it seems that every destination we set off for ends up being 5 hours away. Well we were not sure if the landscape was going to change, as we were about 3 hours in there were still large mountains and canyons around us. And knowing the promise we made to you all, we were wondering if there was going to be three days of blank pages. Then we got closer to the city and the mountains started to get snow capped and the scenery change slightly. However today is not a great day to catch up on things, as most of it was travelling today? We finally settled Downtown in Salt Lake City in a nice new Marriott hotel central for everything (What ever that is) and we are here for 3 days. We are on the 10th floor and we have an ice rink outside our window, which is nice. Lorna is talking about having a go but knowing how competitive I am I may give it a miss. I don’t want to bust anything 3 days before we are due to go skiing again. So if there is any more to add later on tonight I will put it on. If not tune in tomorrow for more.
