Day 17

Today is our last day in Las Vegas and Lorna wants to max out on the days activities. So we started in Denny’s for breakfast and then on to the Stratosphere casino hotel. This place is crazy; it’s basically a huge casino with a tall skinny building that has crazy fairground rides right at the top Including a roller coaster. So after we got to the top we watched idiots strap themselves into various contraptions that throw them off the side of the building or straight up and round and round facing downwards. Needless to say we both just watched and took photos and video clips. After this we walked down 2 floors to a rotating restaurant and great views and a few beers. After this we went to Circus Circus which is a large casino hotel that has its own indoor fairground which was pretty cool apart from the thrashing Lorna gave me at the donkey derby, very embarrassing. Then after playing around and being kids we went to the Imperial Palace casino where they have croupiers called dealertainers who dress up as various stars and stay in character whilst dealing cards at the blackjack table, this was a great laugh and as the drinks kept coming things started getting a bit woozy. Then these two gay Scottish guys turned up dressed as Elvis and we had a great laugh with them. At some point after this we ate some food at Planet Hollywood and then it all got a bit fuzzy, then next thing we knew about anything it was the next day. Great fun.
